I have made an order over $The next day got an Email that couple of items are backorder and will arrive in couple of weeks, waited for couple of weeks didn't hear anything back from eSkincare so decided to follow upI spoke with customer service but they had no clue when the item would arriveI was advised to speak with customer service specialist Carol left her messages but she never called back then finally got her on the phoneShe told me that one of your item is still backorder and will take another couple of weeks to arriveI have asked her that I have waited enough so please ship whatever items you have to my surprise Carol tole me that then I have to pay the shipping twiceI try to explain that its not my fault but she didn't wanted to hear and got rudeShe said if you are in hurry then buy somewhere else and cancel your orderI end up cancelling my orderIt's one of the worst customer service that I ever receivedThey really don't care for the customer

Today I received my first orderThere was a wait after ordering as some products were on backorderI was surprised to see one of the items had a container lid that was taped onto the productA note was added on the order to state the cap was broken and the product was fineI have no way to ensure that that is true- that the product wasn't in some way tampered with, or that the product was not previously used and returned - both of which constitute a health and safety concernNo brick and mortar retailer could sell such a product but this was shipped to me in this condition with the knowledge of the business After leaving a message on the phone and online, the store failed to respondIn addition, a second product appeared also to have been opened the box and containerI am concerned about using either of these products nowAlso, very disappointed with unsafe and shoddy practices

I ordered my product in May ORDER NUMBER # XXXXXXAfter three weeks of trying to contract them to find out what happened to the package I received a messaged saying they couldn't find my addressSo I Provided another address for them to repost itThey emailed me to call them to arrange a re-postI tried ringing them many times and left voice mail asking them to call back PLUS I emailed so called "customer support" to pease ring back which they never didTwo months later of ordering the product and after many attempts of calling and emailing with no response I emailed them for someone to call me to arrange a Full RefundNot surprise that I did not receive any call but they email to say my money has been refunded and they kept 15% of the Total amountI never received my product and they never made any attempt to re arrange my order to be shipped back to meAlso in my email I clearly sated that I would prefer to have my product and I am only asking for a refund as they have made

I was advised to speak with customer service specialist Carol left her messages but she never called back then finally got her on the phone. She told me that one of your item is still backorder and will take another couple of weeks to arrive. I have asked her that I have waited enough so please ship whatever items you have to my surprise Carol tole me that then I have to pay the shipping twice. I try to explain that its not my fault but she didn't wanted to hear and got rude. She said if you are in hurry then buy somewhere else and cancel your order. I end up cancelling my order. It's one of the worst customer service that I ever received. They really don't care for the customer.
