Review: I wanted to provide feedback on my experience at E Spa on 6/23/12. I reserved a day of spa treatments - the destress and dream package - on behalf of me and my friend. We both received a body treatment (30 minute massage and wrap), facial and pedicure. The facial we received was less than what was advertised in the brochure provided to us at the end of our treatments which also differed from what is advertised on the company's website. In particular, the service was not "customized," did not included a complementary brow or lip wax, extractions, et. Mere days after the pedicure my polish started peeling and lost its shine. I have never had a pedicure that lasted such a short amount of time.Desired Settlement: I can appreciate that even the best business has off days were they do not deliver the kind of quality product for which they strive. To rectify my experience I asked a partial refund to cover the cost of the pedicure and at least half of the price of the facial. Since July 3 I have sent four emails to the owner of E Spa, Estina, explaining why I was displeased and asking for the refund previously described. She has not responded to any of my emails.
