E-Stern Construction

Review: E-Stern Construction was hired to tear off and replace the roof on our home. The job was not done correctly, and the roof has been leaking and causing damage in multiple spots. Rotten wood was not replaced and the repair job is terrible. The company has been back seven times to try to fix multiple leaks, but they have not solved the problems. We have water damage in the attic and kitchen, as well as structural damage to the house and electrical problems. The initial job was inferior, and the company seems unable to resolve the problems and provide a watertight roof. E-Stern Construction has not lived up to its contract with us, and it has become a major problem in our home. We have no confidence in their ability to complete the job correctly and provide the services we paid for.Desired Settlement: We feel that the entire roof needs to be replaced because their work was so shoddy. (Roof torn off, rotten wood removed, plywood installed and new roofing.) We also want repairs for damages inside the home, due to water leakage from the shoddy roof job.
