Review: THREE weeks ago, an employee of E.T Television (who was contracted through aafes/military exchange) arrived to pick up electronics that were damaged in a lightning storm. The list includes, 3 televisions, 2 bluray players, and 1 Xbox 360. He was asked if we payed him for the devices, he said no and took the items to Austin. About 10 days later aafes contacts us with a message that (at least one) was damaged beyond repair. What about the others? My wife and I have called 2-3 times a week, each. We've both left multiple, detailed "Please contact us with update, cost, etc." messages, always leaving contact information. Our home insurance covers the repairs/replacements but we do need information to provide back to them. THREE WEEKS. Nothing. No answer, No returned calls, No replied emails. They have $2000+ worth of our devices. If they can't be repaired, we just need documentation for insurance.Desired Settlement: To receive the information required to finally finish the insurance claim once and for all.
