Review: I ordered ice cream from icecreamsource.com to be delivered to a friend. My credit card was charged but ice cream was never delivered. I have called and emailed this business several times but have never received a response or a credit on my credit card.Desired Settlement: I would like the total amount charged to my credit card refunded and an explanation about what happened. Thank you!

I ordered The Ultimate Gift Package online on a Monday and it arrived perfectly frozen on a Thursday! Did not pay for express shipping but arrived promptly. Great prices, great selection. Highly recommend. Will most definitely buy from them again!
