They over billed me and refused to refund my account
I agreed to pay the $to e file my tax returnThen because I checked the box to have them take the money out of my tax return, they charged me an additional $They claim the charge was indicated on the very bottom of the 3rd page of a terms and conditions that I clickedBut there is no itemized billing readily available for me to checkI have credit cards and would have never agreed to pay so much money for something I did not needI think they intentionally hide the charge so they can rip people off

For over a year now I have been attempting to reach a live person to speak with in regards to incorrect information filed on my state returns.Dead End
My state returns were submitted incorrectly and were ammended back in for returnsI have made manu attempts to correct the issue and they keep getting submitted with the same information that was initially submittedI paid $to ammend the state return and the problem still exsists! A year later and im still battling with the State of Alabama due to ETAX not submitting the proper information.ive attempted to reach them and im unable to speak with ETAX directly
