For over a year now I have been attempting to reach a live person to speak with in regards to incorrect information filed on my state returns.Dead End My state returns were submitted incorrectly and were ammended back in 2015 for 2014 returns. I have made manu attempts to correct the issue and they keep getting submitted with the same information that was initially submitted. I paid $60 to ammend the state return and the problem still exsists! A year later and im still battling with the State of Alabama due to ETAX not submitting the proper information.ive attempted to reach them and im unable to speak with ETAX directly.
