E TAX

I used the "free" tax return service and was charged $59.90 on my credit card. When I called their customer service to dispute the claim they mumbled something about my having retirement income and hung up on me. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Nice place, pleasant doctorsThe only issue I have are the waiting timesThey make you wait in the main waiting room then take vitals and make you sit in a smaller waiting room with knees touching other patientsI honestly don't know how these pregnant women don't get worked up over thatAfter waiting at least an hour in this second waiting room, then you go to the room and wait for the doctor for at least more minutes before being seen for 5-minutes and then put back in the knee waiting room and then paperwork to be seen againUltimately hours to see a doctor for minutesLike I said , nice place, nice doctors, terrible horrible waiting times

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] While I appreciate eTax.com’s professional and courteous response it is both unacceptable and makes no common senseI would agree 100% that there should be a strict security policy when it comes to taxpayer’s informationThere should also be strict security to verify a taxpayers identity when submitting an online tax return but that is an entirely different issue In this case the information in question is my information and has been compromisedAt this point eTax’s security policy only protects the criminals and not the victimThe [redacted] has verified that a fraudulent taxreturn was filed under me and my wife’s social security numbersIt was rejected twice and then acceptedI was assured by eTax.com that our information would not be resubmitted to the [redacted] and it hasAccording to eTax.com there was a block put on the accounteTax.com knows that there is a problem and that the data entered is fraudulentTo use known fraudulent information to confirm a persons identity is not a strict security policy by any meansIt is crazy to tell me that I can not verify my identity because I can not verify the fraudulent data in the fileAlso the claim that customer service agents do not have access to account information before providing answers is not correct eitherThe customer service agent that called my wife provided her with the refund amount and my (wrong) birthdayWhen I spoke with an agent they were able to verify my social security number and my birthdayI was also given my wife’s place of employment and my (wrong) place of employmentI was asked if I worked for Century I have never worked for Century and I am self employedSo customer service agents do have access to this dataTo not verify my identitybecause the file says I work for Century when it is not true is just crazy.Lastly if this is just a matter of verifying my identity that is fairly easyI can easily provide a copy of both my and my wife’s driver’s licenseThat is good enough for the [redacted] to verify our identity when we fileour actual tax returnIf eTax.com would like to verify our identity in any other way except for against the fraudulent data they have we would be more then happy to provide thatAt this point we have signed up for a credit monitoring service, put a fraud alert on our credit reports and had the [redacted] flag our social security numbersWe would like access to that fraudulent data so that we may determine where the data breach came fromOur accountant, our bank, Etc so that we can notify the proper entityTaking the stance to protect fraudulent information from the actual owners of the information protects only the criminals In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Nice place, pleasant doctors. The only issue I have are the waiting times. They make you wait in the main waiting room then take vitals and make you sit in a smaller waiting room with knees touching other patients. I honestly don't know how these pregnant women don't get worked up over that. After waiting at least an hour in this second waiting room, then you go to the room and wait for the doctor for at least 35 more minutes before being seen for 5-15 minutes and then put back in the knee waiting room and then paperwork to be seen again. Ultimately 3 hours to see a doctor for 15 minutes. Like I said , nice place, nice doctors, terrible horrible waiting times.
