The evidence that you provided of feedback from people claiming that we regularly send out used products advertised as new does not provide the full picture of each of those transactions....

In many of these cases, the item was damaged due to circumstances outside of our control, such as the carrier mishandling the item or the manufacturer feeding false information to the buyer in order to avoid honoring a warranty. In every case, the buyer was offered the opportunity to return the item for a full refund. This includes the situations where the item was exactly as advertised. The reason your requests have previously been denied is because the Office 365 subscription that you have asked for was never promised  to be included with the item. Since the download code for the subscription is included on a separate card, it does not speak to the condition of the laptop itself, which was actually advertised on the listing. We would be more than willing to pay for part of the subscription, except that the price of said subscription accounts for more than half of the paid price for the item overall. We did offer you the opportunity to return the item for a full refund if you were dissatisfied with it, and that offer is still valid. You can simply message us and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label so that you can send the item back. We are deeply sorry that this has been such a difficult experience and hope you can understand our position.
