Review: I ordered 18 yards of Concrete for 8:00 Am with a spacing of 1/2 hr between trucks . The first truck arrived on time but the last truck arrived after 11:00 am . Upon arrival the truck was shaking violently as the mixer was spinning because the concrete had already started to setup. The concrete was so bad that it wouldn't even come down the chute of the truck. My brother and friend (a certified concrete inspector lab technician ) rejected the truck and asked for a replacement. The owner refused to do so and claimed that the concrete was good and that we didn't know what we were talking about. Also she demanded that we pay for the bad concrete. Since we were in the middle of the concrete pour we needed that concrete as soon as possible. She said I would have to eat the cost of them showing up late with the bad concrete and that she wouldn't send another truck until all payments were processed. I originally ordered a 4000 psi mix . The 18 yards delivered (3 different trucks - 2 yards separate) were all different, discolored and even fibrous. The driveway looks terrible. She Assumed I didn't know what I was talking about and was an average uneducated homeowner. I have been in the concrete business for quite some time and build concrete superstructures for a living. The customer service was absolutely despicable. I am disgusted with the business to customer service and am concerned for other homeowners being taken advantage of like I was.Desired Settlement: It will now cost me twice as much as I paid to rip it out, dispose of and re-do it again. I would like the full refund. However a refund of just the load that was rejected was what I initially asked for during this whole incident. Also a written apology including the recognition of a bad product and an unacceptable delivery time. as well as poor customer service.
