Unfortunately my former employee [redacted] has filed this needless complaint her son [redacted] purchased a 99 Toyota Avalon as is with no warranty supporting documents provided and the vehicle did have engine issue's and did break down to help [redacted] and [redacted] out we gave her a great deal on a... 2000 Honda accord which was also bought as is our ase master mechanic Kurt Forhardt (also [redacted] boyfriend) did go over the accord with a fine tooth comb and and declared this vehicle was fit and safe for Mr. [redacted] . After Mr. [redacted] had the vehicle for a week he ran it while it was over heated and caused the head to blow. They made myself aware and we entered an agreement that Kurt could work on [redacted] car on his own time at the shop and all parts were to be paid for by ms. [redacted] . Ms. [redacted] then ordered over 200.00 in parts to fix her son's car. which resulted in them having to pay for the towing and the parts. I am rejecting this response because: I only signed the tow affidavit after *** told me that the car would be delivered to my house for free Both my boyfriend and I were depending on this car to bring in more work Instead my hours were actually cut due to transportation issues Due to lack of hours, funds ran lowSince I didn't receive that car, I thought a cheaper car could be discussedThe only effort that was made to resolve the issue was me accepting a Grand Am that had been wrecked and had over 180,miles on itI already have a repo on my record for a car I NEVER had possession of and I was told the car would be resold You all have no loss accept maybe the taxes and fees which you will get from another person when you resale the car I am the one with the loss in this situation and I feel that I should get at least my back which is what I was originally putting down until you told me about the taxes and fees I won't stop until something is done.

[redacted] purchased the Impala on 11/28/15 for $8995 with just over $2,000 down.  SHe never came in to make her first payment and signed a "tow affidavit" because she didn't have a valid drivers license. She called back several times and wanted to be put into another vehicle as her financial...

stautus must have changed.  We gave her several alternatives and she never came back. Further, she bought the vehicle "as is" and entered into an installment contract loan with us.  She never made a payment or came to get the vehicle. All applicable state paperwork was signed by the customer and submitted to the DMV for processing.

well not making payments an I will be calling the news in the morning...have a good day[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted] "repossessed" our vehicle under false pretenses. He continues to try to extort money and hold special needs equipment hostage until we give him said money. He has become irrational when questioned about his motives. He took the license plate from our vehicle and has not turned it in. We have made a police report so that he can not use it. All we was my child's carseat and stroller. We had to get them through the doctor and they are not easily replaced. We aren't the first to have these sort of complaints against Me. [redacted] and his business. Again, all I want is my child's special needs equipment.

I am rejecting this response because: This response is full of lies. First ofall, after the motor in my sons Toyota Avalon blew up, it took this dealership 3weeks to decide to put my son into another car after they insisted that I paid the taxes on the Avalon that totaled $315.00. This was after they refused to give me my $750 down payment back. Nowhere in the contract did it state that there were "no refunds" or that "all sales were final". Once they decided to put my son into the 2000 Honda Accord, they told me that they wanted even more money down, and the that car had the same sticker price as the Avalon had. I told them that it was the same price, plus they had my $750 from the first car, plus I had paid them the sales taxes on the Avalon, so that meant that I had given them a little over $1000 in  cash already. My boyfriend, Kurt Frohardt, was the mechanic that worked there, the car was overheating, at the time, before the car was purchased, the car had a bad thermostat. That was causing the overheating issue. I never ordered any parts for that car while I worked there. I asked the owner if he wanted me to pay for the towing out of my pocket, he never answered me directly. As a customer, this car should have been worked on during business hours, not after hours. I got tired of waiting for repairs to be authorized on the car, so I did a voluntary surrender of the car on April 14,2017, which was the same day I quit the company.

Good morning,    Mr. [redacted] purchased his vehicle back in October and he drove the car for four months with out any issues. The client did not contact us for help, he took it upon his self to put oil in the car. Again, he did not call us for help. All of our clients are told that we...

help with any issues when it comes to repairs. Unfortunately, we had not spoken with Mr. [redacted]. We would have been happy to help Mr. [redacted] but again the only time we heard from Mr. [redacted] was when the engine blew, after Firestone did the oil change, we have spoken with the client and asked him to come in to see what we can work out. The client is still being difficult but our door is open to help him out when hes ready.  Kind regards, Nathalie
