I would just like to say that dealing with Marvin at E Toronto tickets was effortless and
so professional. Marvin was quick to respond and able to get the tickets we were looking for. It was a pleasure working with him, and I will certainly be back.
Thank you,
Kathy

I purchased 2 tickets from eToronto Tickets on Dec 7th 2015. eToronto tickets was paid but insisted on having an image of my card front and back along with a signed contract before sending me the tickets. This is highly unusual for online business so I checked with [redacted]. They advised me not to do that. I am still waiting for the tickets which they insist will not be sent unless they have an image of my card .

I bought Toronto Maple Leafs tickets off of [redacted] and redeemed them from EToronto Tickets the day I bought them. I got confirmation of redemption and was told I would be contacted the day of the event for pick up details. I was not contacted by noon on the day of the event. I called five times and left two messages inquiring about the event. When my call was returned, I was told that they would email me the details shortly. The call was unprofessional and I was never emailed. I called back and again, asked for details (luckily, when my first call was returned, it was off of a phone number that was someone's direct phone - had I not had this phone number, my ability to contact EToronto Tickets would have likely been hindered (evidenced by my inability to contact anyone from the number provided on the website)). I was told to pick up the tickets at the [redacted] Hotel. I asked if I would be emailed the details, and was reluctantly told I would be. The email I received was untemplated and gave me pause about the legitimacy of the service. When I arrived at the [redacted], my tickets were not there (although tickets for other EToronto Tickets customers were there). There was another couple who bought tickets from [redacted] whose tickets were also not there. Luckily, I had the phone number from before. When I called and told the customer service representative that my tickets weren't there, he said that I had asked for a refund - which I had never mentioned. He was eventually able to send me a pair of e-tickets. I'm not sure whether the other couple was able to get the tickets that they had purchased. The whole day was incredibly inconvenient - and I highly suspect that if I had not persistently contacted EToronto Tickets, they would have never contacted me. I would not buy from [redacted] again - as their business partners clearly put [redacted] customers below their own; nor would I buy from EToronto Tickets due to their poor customer service. Overall, a very inconvenient and disappointing experience - and not worth the money saved.
