Review: I have followed the procedures to claim the travel reward as advertised. I have sent the required documents for processing including two $75 US postal money order to the address of the business. Email correspondence was received regarding the instructions on the processing of the air travel in October 2015. Documents were sent on October 23, 2015 on certified mail. There was no response from the business so I decided to send them another certified mail to question the follow up and the processing. Up to this point I have not received any correspondence from the business.Desired Settlement: I would like to know the legitimacy of this business and explanation why there is no response from the business. If the business ins not able to deliver the advertised travel reward, I would like to be refunded of the value of the US postal service fees. If it is not refundable, I would like for the business to deliver the promised service.

Regards,

This is a scam.

BEWARE! Do NOT send money especially in the form of Money Order.

You will NEVER hear from them again

Review: As with most timeshare, we were offered a free cruise. On June 25, 2015 all information was sent to register for our cruise. $150 money order was sent and cashed by the company. No further contact has been made to send us our cruise packaged. Several attempts have been made to contact the company. As there is NO phone number only emails have been sent. On November 23, 2015 a formal letter was emailed asking for contact by December 8,2015. One last attempt was made on December 1,2015. All correspondences have gone unanswered. We are taking further steps to file a criminal complaint with the Louisiana District Attorney.Desired Settlement: It is demanded that a refund of our $150 be returned.

Review: Was issued a "free" cruise certificate for attending a wholesale presentation in SC. Filled out information on computer website and filled out a form and mailed money order in for processing fees. It has been 4 months since mailing and haven't heard back.Desired Settlement: Contact me and book my cruise or refund my processing fee, since nothing has been done

Response:

At this time, I have been contacted directly by E Travel Reward regarding complaint ID 10957997, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:They claim my information was lost due to a computer issue. I don't completely believe this because my information was sent to them by computer as well as postal mail. I think that if they "lose" everyone's information, then people have no way of contacting them for their "free" cruise. No follow-up email or phone number is given out by them.A representative contacted me last week. I resent her my information. It took her one week to open my email. I tried calling, but the people at the number she gave me said no one by that name worked there.Yesterday she sent me cruise information. Now we are in discussions. Additional information is not what we were told at the original sales meeting.I'm still not convinced that this isn't a scam. We'll see.

Sincerely,

My husband were scammed by them as well went to their presentation in Houston, sent our money and I've discovered it went to a postal service! ETravelreward.com scammers Professional travel scammer

Review: My husband and I attended a seminar for this company with the understanding we would receive a "free" cruise. We decided what was being sold was not for us and got our paperwork and left. I then read the "free" cruise information and realized we had to send a non-refundable processing fee of $75.00 each in the form of a US Postal Money Order. I was told to be cautious but did it anyway. Of course the postal check was cashed and I cannot get a response from Etravelreward after multiple attempts. I also had to pay to get a copy of the canceled postal check.Desired Settlement: At this point just a refund of the total I have spent. $150.00 plus $6.40 total $156.40

Review: We sent in a cruise voucher with a $300 deposit fee on 10/9/2015 and have received NO response from the company about the status of our cruise booking. We have sent multiple emails with no replies. We feel like they took our money and ran!Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund of our $300 and for this company to be put out of business.

Review: I attended a seminar because I was to receive a cruise. I received voucher (A10511) verifying my eligibility for the cruise. I paid a $150.00 reservation fee. The Alaskan cruise was to happen in July or August. That is the last I heard from this company. I have tried to contact them numerous times with no response.I have the voucher, registered receipt for the check and emails sent to someone named [redacted].Desired Settlement: I certainly want the $150.00 back!I think they should honor the cruise also. They should return the money immediately even if they honor the cruise. I am no longer willing to trust this organization.

Review: On April 17, 2015 we attended a promotional meeting in Greenville. SC where we were issued an Etravel reward for a 7 Day Cruise for two. We sent our Original Registration Form (voucher # F200442) with the Registration Request Form and a U. S. Postal Money Order for $150 on April 23, 2015. The cruise was to be either Jan. or Feb. 2016 from Port Canaveral or Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. We were to be advised 30 days prior to the cruise. Nothing!!! We wrote them asking for either the cruise or the refund of $150. Have heard nothing.

We have contacted them twice by email and once by regular mail and have not had a response.Desired Settlement: The offer expires April 23, 2016. Since the cruise was to be either Jan. or Feb. of 2016, we feel that they are not going to honor their promotion. We are asking for a refund.

This is a scam. People please be aware of the to good to be true details.

As of today 03/5/16, I been trying to contact ETravel for the return of my deposit of $150. It was send certified mail USPS, with a USPS money order on 9/22/15. I have all of my documentation showing proof of delivery and confirmation it was signed and received. Legal actions is my next step.

Review: Attended a presentation on buying a membership in a company like Home Depot to receive a FREE Cruise from E Reward Travel. Did not buy membership. Received email from them ([email protected]) asking for Port Fees of $150. I mailed them a $150 money order to: 427 North Theard Street, Covington, LA 70433, on 7/28/15. Have not heard a word from them since & the FREE Cruise offer expires June 9, 2016, one year from the date on the Cruise Voucher. I emailed them on 1/19/16 asking for validation of receipt of all of our cruise documents, including the $150 & still got no response. Definitely would NOT recommend them to ANYONE!Desired Settlement: I would @ least like my $150 back, but would rather have my FREE Cruise.

Review: I attended a presentation at a hotel in Houston on August 22, 2015 booked as Retail Buying Club and presented as eTravelReward. If you attended, at the end of their presentation you would receive a voucher for either a 7 day cruise for two or a 3 day / 2 night trip with air & hotel. I received the voucher, visited www.etravelreward.com & chose my gift & completed the registration. I received a confirming email that I had successfully been registered. I, stupidly, sent them the required $75 reservation processing fee x 2 reservations for a total of $150 in the form of the required U.S. Postal Money Order. I did not hear anything from them so on 11/23/15 I sent an email to their "contact us" on the website. I tried to print my email to them, but the system would not allow it. I never received a reply. On 1/20/16 I completed a "Money Order Inquiry" at the post office & was told the PBM on the address was private mail box. Of course, I received a reply that the money order I sent had been cashed. The post office provided an address for me to submit an inquiry which I did with a copy of the letter to eTravelReward @ the Covington, LA address. Reply from USPS was to contact the intended payee and if I felt like I was a victim of a crime, to contact my local police department - which I did. They suggested I file a complaint with the Revdex.com. My letter to eTravelReward was returned & marked "Return to Sender - not deliverable as addressed - unable to forward and handwrittenwas "RTS - moved". I have contacted the hotel where I attended the presentation and told them they probably would not want to be associated with this scam company in the future.Desired Settlement: I would like my $150 that I sent in good faith returned to me. This is a scam and the business should be shut down.

Review: I went to the presentation by direct buy in Houston. They gave out etravel rewards voucher for a 7 day cruise. I went online to their website and filled out all the mandatory forms. They emailed me everything I needed along with how to send payment. I sent a postal money order for 150.00 on September 25. I have yet to hear from them. I emailed them several times and do not have a number to contact them. You will NOT hear from them after you send your money. They are a SCAM!!!!!! Review: I won a travel reward for attending a market seminar. The only information I have is what I have posted on the previous page. I must submit registration fees before the firm gives me a phone number. However, I am trying to find cruise dates and times and amounts before I commit any funds. I have sent two e-mails requesting this information and have not received a response.

It appears this firm, since it does not provide phone numbers, is maybe not on the level with its clients. I have not submitted any money and won't until I get the information I requested. This firm specializes in attracting senior citizens as potential clients. It does cost approximately $5,700 to join with a $200 annual fee going forward. I did not pay anything since I supposedly won the trip. If you want a copy of the Cruise Certificate with the legal jargon, I will gladly give you a copy.

It promotes trips, home repairs, furniture all at substantial discounts and forbids its clients to discuss these savings with anyone not in their family.

My resolution is to have this firm give me the information I requested which are cruise schedules and routes, places to visit and costs. As noted, this firm is very skimpy on the information it provides about its business, phone numbers and addresses. Thank you for your assistanceDesired Settlement: I am only interested in cruise dates, destinations, costs so my wife and I can book a cruise complements of the etravelrewards group. You would not think this to be an unreasonable request from this type of firm.
