Review: I ordered a product, paid for three day shipping, as this is a employee safety issue, and cannot contact anyone to get the status of my order. It now has been 12 days. I've sent 4 e-mails, a fax, and tried calling with no results. The voice mail box is full, the sales person will not return e-mails. They did charge my credit card! You cannot communicate with anyone there! The contact persons name is [redacted] who took my credit card information, and supposedly placed my order.

I would like my money back for the order, or have the product shipped free of charge.
We placed an order for TT Puffers. We never received the order and called 2 weeks later to find out that they had been back ordered - without anyone notifying us of the delay. By this time, we already had to order from a different company to complete the job at hand. We requested a refund for the undelivered product order. They said, "Sure, no problem. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks to process". A month passed. We never received the refund. I left a voice message and sent an email. No Response. I waited another 2 weeks - Left another voicemail and sent another email. No Response. Waited another week - left another voicemail and email. No response.
After 2+ months, I decided to call from my cell phone and give a different name requesting that I would like to place an order. An hour later I received a call back! What do you know? They will return your calls if you would like to place an order, but will ignore any correspondence related to a refund (Mind you it's only for $250 too). The man sounded flustered and said he would submit the refund to accounting immediately. I asked for an email confirmation and to be cc'd in any correspondence. I never received any back up.
It is over 3 months later. I have left several more voicemails and emails - while still being polite, yet expressing our frustration, but not being rude in the slightest. Still not a single response and no refund has shown on our bank statement.
We will never do business with E. Vernon Hill again. It is highly unprofessional to ignore calls until a "potential customer" calls and then immediately call them back. We were patient for 3 months, but unfortunately we decided it is time to share their poor business practices with anyone considering doing business with them.
Review: Customer will not respond to questions about product delivery eta's via email nor return phone calls to include tracking information. Credit card was charged 3 weeks ago with requested expidiated shipping,cannot get a response and still have not received said material.Desired Settlement: Full refund required!
