We have already deliver the services required by the customer The website was fully developed and live on the internet months backThe documents attached are the conversation between the Project Manager and the customer, a proof that we have completed the work with *** approval. The
customer has also filed a charge back and we have provided all the documentation to the bank, so there is no resolution to refund as we are disputing the charge back.As part of the customer service we are ready to give a 100% satisfaction guarantee that we will fix any issues related with the website within the constraints of the initial agreement but we cannot refund the amount as we have also worked very hardIt is unfair that after we deliver the website the customer will ask for a refund.Request you to look into this.Thank youJop

I also purchased a program from them called Vtiger which is a data programI paid $for it and today I talked directly to the Vtiger company and they told me that the program I have is actually a free programThey said 3rd parties will
sometimes sell the program on their ownI really need my money backI have been contacting the company and they always tell me someone will call me back and they never do

E Virtual has just sent confirmation that payment was finally released from there bank Jop has informed me on many occasions that they would issue me a full refund if funds were receivedThe contract agreed upon was $for web design and $for virtual assistant services No virtual assistant hours were used and only a design template was presented for the web serviceWe have offered to accept $if the case can be resolved today Short of that as per the attorney generals advice a demand letter will be drafted for payment in full plus legal fees followed by court if necessary We don't want to soil the businesses reputation but this has been going on for over months and We can't allow this to drag on any longer

This deal was made just to make sure we can move forward. The company agrees to discount 20% of the project. Also they agreed to make sure the project completely works before closing it out.
We are satisfied with the resolution that we agreed upon and request this complaint be removed.

Excellent service from E virtual Services. They did some very basic work for me then on my IOS App. Since that point I have started using them more and more. They recently completed adding an SDK to my Android App and they delivered.I found E virtual Services is really awesome and very supportive. All Agents of E virtual Services are good and very quick in support and work with a response.
Communication is very nice with service too! :)

I have personally used Web services and from my experience, I can at least say that E virtual Services tops the list.
They work hard and want you to succeed. If what you want them to do is what they can do as a VA service provider and within what you should reasonably expect from such service, they can and will do a great job for you.
