As previously stated I will not accept a partial payment when I never entered the roomI was also in the front lobby of the motel again within the allotted fifteen minutes after I signed the receipt slipThis motel keep fabricating storiesFirst they stated that they reviewed camera footage of that day, I hope this is indeed true so that it can be viewed in courtAlso never requested a cash refundlso the first thing the motel clerk did was took my debit card and made a copy she stated that was there policy and I can prove in court that it is motel policy to make copy of the debit cardAt this point I've I have personally requested my full refund too many times to no avail only to be told that the manger is the only one who could facilitate thisThe female clerks I originally spoke with refused a refund altogetherI've decided to take legal action at this point because this goes past a refund at this pointThis has caused an already bad situation for me to go worseI have wish no more correspondence I will see Mr*** *** Manager and sole owner of *** *** LLC in courtTo accept a refund at this point would be the same as a settlement and I wish to have my day in courtMr*** should soon be hearing from my attorney as well as being served lawsuit paperworkThank you Revdex.com for assisting me this farAlso tel Mr*** I will have supoenas for Mr***, Himself, The two female clerks Im working to getting identified, also I've been given the name of the deputy that responded

I am the Gen Manager of Caroline inn and suites Already I went thru our camara system and from my staff responses related to the complain.I disagree with the complain which customer accused the owner and staffs and the roomThe Front desk have the large sign of minutes full refund policy
and the custmer used the Toilet and mess up the beds and few trash left in the room and they never return to front dest atleast minuts Accourding the hotel policy staffs try to explain to the customer but customer start to call bad names to staffs and accused the customers with bad remarks.Police were call by customer and due to customer's behavier police told them it is civil matter and they left even they saw how rude was the customer.Room charge per week plus tax plus key deposit came up to and charged by master card.Daily rate is plus tax tax so staff ready to refund on the same master card minus = 131.50But customer expected cash back, but hotel never refund cash when we received my credit card .so customer was mad and left the premissess with out sign the refund of credit card .Since then we never recived any phone call or any information about that customer we were waiting to refund the money on the credit card of 131.50.Every customer have choices to choose their expectation room once they are not satisfied try to complain about every thing and you can see what type of complains customer made itcustomer accuseing owner and staff as drug atticted as per female police staff ..All we know any uniform police officers never say such those words or they never will mention to people hotel ripping people. If this customer make All thease complain to you that you know how she was behaving in our premissess.We never save customer's Credit card numberonce they provide the card number thru you we will refund right away the amount of Since they did not behave right last time Please ask not to visit our promissess, Kind RegardsGen Manager

*** *** I never even stepped inside the room because I was disgusted by the looks of it upon opening the doorThe beds didn't have matching covers and looked like someone had just sat upon one of the beds because it was messed upThere was black mold along the back wallThe room had an really foul odorI tried to remove the key and was unsuccessful so I return to the lobby to request a refund and there was two other customers ahead of meI was told at first I wouldn't receive any refundWhen I said that I would called the police the first time, the clerk stated that she would give me a refund minus one nightI told her that I wanted all my money back because I made it back in time I was just waiting to be servicedShe then refused again to give me a complete refund saying can you read are you illiterate so I stated my boyfriend brother was a police and I was going to see if he had jurisdiction at that particular locationI went to the car got my boyfriend, he came inside and asked for a refundIt was then stated by the clerk she could only give me a partial refund because after the fifteen minutes is up her computer system wont allow her to process a full refundI then stated I was going to call the police and did soWhile I was on the phone with the police the clerk said you can wait outside and I'm not giving you any refundThat when a guy announced himself as security asking us to leave and we did so with no problem. The response the business sent to you alleges that I repeatedly refused a refund and I also messed up the beds and used the restroom in the room this is completely fabricatedI didn't cause a sceneWhen officers arrived we were seated in the car away from the businessI've since went back to the business on Monday October and asked for the manager and was told to call a number and leave a messageI told the clerk I've already done so to no availThen I was told by a clerk to write a letter detailing my problem and leave it for him to put in the managers boxI told him I'd rather speak directly to the managerI asked what would be a good time for me to catch the manager at that time he told me he is not aloud to discuss my situation with me but he had heard about itI then asked if he knew the names of the clerks one of which acted as a housekeeper as wellHe told me he couldn't give out that informationI asked well what is your name sir, he stated that he was an auditor hired by the manager who also happens to be the owner of the Caroline Inn and SuitesI again asked what was his name he then stated he was *** ***I told him I just desperately need my money back at which he stated that he wasn't authorized to issue a refund until he had reviewed the camera system and the computer system and received word from the ownerI then asked what's the owner name and he replied *** ***I informed him I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and intended to sueMr*** said that's your right I can't tell you what to do but you need to make contact with the owner first maybe something can be worked outI stated I couldn't continue to get the run around and leftI intend to formally file suit as soon as I come up with the filing feeI had to borrow money just to get a room at another hotel for myself and children

Yes I would love a refund. It would be a start.. but I hav never seen on been in a place as nasty.. and the woman that worked that evening was very rude.. im glad my son didnt go in . She used bad words.. and I didn't stay in the room and my son didnt either. Thank you. [redacted]..

I disagree with the complain which customer accused the owner and staffs and the room. The Front desk have the large sign of 15...

Room charge per week 145.00 plus tax 14.50 plus key deposit 5.00 came up to 164.50 and charged by master card.
Daily rate is 30.00 plus tax 3.00 tax  so staff ready to refund on the same master card  164.50 minus 33.00 = 131.50
But customer  expected cash back, but hotel never refund cash when we received my credit card .so customer was mad and left the premissess with out sign the refund of credit card .
Since then we never recived any phone call or any information about that customer we were waiting to refund the money on the credit card of 131.50.

If this customer make All thease complain to you  that you know how she was behaving in our premissess.
We never save customer's Credit card number. once they provide the card number thru you we will refund right away the amount of 131.50 . Since they did not behave right last time Please ask not to visit our promissess,

Hotel never refused the refund  of 131.50. on complain customer's Credit card .accounding the time policy and room partialy used we we will deduct one day discount rate of 30.00 plus tax 3.00  + 33.00.                                      As Per [redacted] (the clerk on duty on 10/04/15) There was a couple came to the front dest  ask for the manager,  since manager was not available Clerk ask to write if any message or ask to leave the voice mail from Lobby phone. but customer never notified to clerk who are they and what is the message. Even if the explain to The clerk  could resolve and could refund the money on her credit card (since she pain to hotel with credit card)  . and manager never received any message from customer by phone or mail or written instead thru Revdex.com.Already manager aware of this and waiting to give the refund of 131.50 on the credit card.                                     There was no security guy on duty during the day time specially with smell of  alcholol..I disagree with that complainer's statment. Also I disagree owner or staffs are not drug addicts or money ripping people or run con on customers as per complainer 's statment. Specially accuseing a female police officer said to them like that  .                                   Complainer denied they never went inside room that is not true complainer(Lady) and the male and 2 children went inside room and when complainer came back to Front desk only after 45 minutes from the time of rent. When she demand for full refund with threatning by using all the departments and Disrespect the front desk female clerk  and call all kind of  bad names even the male with her to ask her to calm down and she never listen and then left the lobby to call the police and never came back for that potion of the refund same day. Then now From the statment of the complain from Revdex.com ,just  we found who came on the next day ask for the manager, they are the one.                                    Our desicison is same as before since room was used and never return to front desk instead of 15 minutes took 45 minutes. we will deduct one day rent and will be refund $131.50 .                                                                     We suppose to refund only to Credit card, but since Revdex.com involve ,  We can send a Bank check, and Please  Let us know to whom to make the check  to Revdex.com or [redacted].?    Thanking you Kind Regards
