Review: I purchased two EW scooters almost a year ago. Right out of the box the EW 37 did not work properly. When first ridden, it flipped over on top of my husband. I contacted the company and explained the problem. They have never addressed the issue or fixed the scooter. I have been pushed from person to person for over a year. We believe the product is defective and wanted to return it. I purchased an in-home warranty and still do not have the scooter fixed. I actually want to just return it but they do not make that model any more. Initially, the scooter did not arrive with a manual (which they have never developed). It arrived with a manual for the EW 36. They did send a repair person out in January who recommended they take the scooter back and who agreed that it is defective. We have an unsable scooter that moves on its own when the key is put in the ignition. It is dangerous and defective. The company has not stood behind their product. It was ridden once for about 2 minutes. The other scooter has a brake issue. Again, they have not addressed the problem with it either. I believe the company just wants to sell product but not fix problems. I have been given at least 6 different people who I've had to talk to but there is still no resolution.Desired Settlement: I actually want the EW18 fixed and to return the defective and what appears to be poorly designed EW37. The repairman they sent to my home indicated that it is quite obvious what happened with the EW37 by the cosmetic damage. Although the company says it is impossible to flip over on a person, it did and shows. It also shows on the tires that it has not been used. I want it out of my garage!
