e-WHMIS Training *** just called me to say he will sue to get money he claims is owedHigh pressure phone sales led a client to say ok, send me information Because they didn't want the information and didn't get cancelled within the "stated time period" , This guy says the several hundred dollars must be paid*** *** *** *** *** ***

They use misleading information to get you to sign up for their coursesThey indicate that these courses are mandatory by law and that your business can be shut down if you don't complyI have not been able to find any information which substantiates their claims

*** They have been calling for over a year and we keep saying NO! and they keep calling then we received a bill and they say we need to pay it and we asked what services we received and they don't even no! If they cannot answer to what we are paying for what kind of business is this?? Very frustrated!!

Incorrect billing for services not approved or requested. They said that they sent me info, when I asked them on what email, she had the incorrect email address. Then I gave them the address only for info, nothing more.
They began with a Phone call advising we need the training. We accepted to receive information only via via email. I was then provided an invoice via email for a service I never requested.
I immediately responded via phone call and then email that I never requested their service [redacted]
We do not want to do their training [redacted] Twice they have sent invoices for services we do not want.
