I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.*** *** here is the original invoice that I prepaid.The problem I had with them is that they required all the money upfront before providing services My tenants got frustrated with them After the crew showed up late, the grass was too long, so the tenant cut the lawn (for free) because it looked so bad So, I confronted the firm and they said my tenant cut and they would come back the next week I believe they came back sporadically or times I could never get proof of it The tenant ended up cutting and just did it My intitial conversations with the firm was that if we did not use all cuts (as it was late in the season) they would roll into next year Well, when I confronted the lawn service, he couldn't remember who I even was Then he said he'd get back to me and didn't I called a few times, wrote emails, and here we are today. *** ***

The response from the business owner is not accurate The service was poor and unfinsihed I have documentation from the tenant that the lawn service only showed up times while I paid for servicesThe tenant ended up finishing up the lawn service for the rest of There is no documentation from the lawn service for my acceptance for EZ4U has a bunch of negative reports all over the internet I called in to give EZ4U the chance to complete the rest of the cuts they missed They ignored my complaints I called back and emailed and finally received their comment that they satisfied their service Just not true.What they don't understand is that for the refund I requested, they would save themselves time and negative feedback It's more than the money at this point it is the lack of integrity that this owner has shown over this and other complaints I have seen online

Worst plow service ever! Girlfriend stuck 2 times this season due to no plowing ! Unreal companies still get away with such poor customer service.
Review: 1. Services were incomplete (paid for over seeding of lawn).
2. Over promised on services and I had to call numerous times to complete job.
3. Created major damages to lawn and water swells without willing to repair. Pictures on file.
4. Paid in full (3 cleared checks on file) without completion of job. Checks on file.
5. Does not return communications.
6. Stated will plant trees 2 ft away from property line, planted 6-7 ft away. Will not make changes.Desired Settlement: Planted trees 2 ft away from property line, as agreed.

Review: We paid $200 for snowplow ing and had our first major storm yesterday 12/10. We got close to 8-12 inches of snow and they have not come out to plow. It is now the day after 12\11 and they still have not come. I have tried to call them all night and this morning and none of their lines work. They all go to the same voice mail (even their emergency line) when I finally got someone to answer. [redacted] sounded like he was sleeping. He took a minute to wake up as it was 6:57 am. He got rude and yelled at me that it's the first storm of the season. And he would get to it. I told him I want my money back and he practically hung up on me. I do have the contract that [redacted] sent to me if needed.Desired Settlement: I want my money back to I can pay a company that is reliable. My husband and I couldn't get out of the driveway to get to work on time and my son had to walk 400 yards in knee deep snow to get to the bus. This is unexceptable and I want a refund not an excuse. They refuse to talk to me.
