The windows were installed and the screens were damaged (we were notified by the installer on 9/16/they needed to be ordered) We called the supplier and notified them that we were not happy - that too many screen were coming in with the screening to taught and it was causing the
frames to bow We were informed that the screens were being ordered that day and would be in @ 9/26/weeks passed and no one called to let us know if the window screens were in Leslie called the supplier.....he acted as though he knew nothing about themLeslie let him know that she called the order in to Chuck on the 16th and they were supposed to be inChuck said he would look into it and get back to us We received a call later that day saying the screens were in but they took them to the Akron supply instead of BarbertonAt that point Leslie informed Chuck that they needed to get the screen to Mrs*** and get them installed right away since it was due to their making them incorrectly in the first placeChuck said he would take care of it right away (this was @ 9/or 9/30) The following week we did a follow up call and Chuck told us that he had given them to the sales rep and he would take care of it in the next few days We did not hear back so Leslie told Josh to call Chuck to make sure it was done so we could put the file away We were told that the screens were being installed on Thursday 10/When I got this complaint this A.MI was furiousI called Chuck to see why the screens were not installed yetChuck told me that he also thought they were being installed yesterday and he would find out what happenedChuck called back to tell me they were being installed today I told him I wanted a call as soon as they were installed and that I would be doing a follow up call to verify Chuck just called me to say the screens are in and that Mrs*** was satisfiedI just tried calling Mrs*** but did not get an answerThe phone wrang several tomes them a message to enter my remote access code came upI will have Josh call on Monday to verify the screens are in and she is , in fact, satisfied before the file is put awayI will also have him issue our sincere apology that it took so long for her to get the new screens as they should have been installed several weeks ago

I'm confused as to why we are receiving this complaint again. [redacted] contacted Mrs. [redacted] immediately when we received the complaint the first time. [redacted] told her that he would come back and paint the floor to try to alleviate the problem. It was...

agreed that it would be best for [redacted] to wait until after the Memorial weekend holiday before he went to Mrs. [redacted]'. In fact, [redacted] set it up to go back the week of June 1st.
I immediately contacted [redacted] and "chewed him out' for not taking care of this issue. He informed me that he didn't know why Mrs. [redacted] was filing another complaint because he had an appointment set with her for the 1st week in June. We then contacted Mrs. [redacted] who confirmed what [redacted] said. She said that when she answered the follow up she let the Revdex.com know that EZ had contacted her immediately and [redacted] had set the appointment - that at this point she was satisfied with how quickly the complaint had been addressed and she also had agreed to wait until after the holiday.

Once again this is lack of correspondence with the office. I have signed authorization from [redacted] to put thru a $2000.00 deposit on 5/25/2016 (see attached). The charge was put thru on 5/26/2016. Ms. [redacted] called into the office to...

talk to Scott (her salesman). Scott called her several times before he finally talked to her . She told him to call her back that evening to discuss lowering the price. Scott said he tried to call her that evening and over the weekend. He finally reached her at work on Tuesday. She told him that she decided to get stucco instead of the siding. Had she answered her phone he would not have continued trying to call her so many times. Scott let us know yesterday (Wednesday) that the deal was 'Dead' and that we would have to refund the money back to [redacted]. The file is on the owners desk to sign off so the $ can be refunded back to [redacted] (unfortunately Craig is out of town until Monday 6/6/2016). The other company that she got financing thru is Service Finance. She can call [redacted] to cancel that loan. The loan number is [redacted].
Had Mrs. [redacted] called the office she could have gotten all of the information. There is absolutely no reason for this Revdex.com complaint. Scott continued to call her because she asked him to call her back - not because he was trying to be annoying. Once the office was told that the deal was 'dead' the wheels were set into motion to refund the $ back to [redacted]. This will be taken care of next week by Wednesday at the latest so she will not have any charges to worry about.
Once again - the Revdex.com can be an awesome thing - but it can also be misused. Complaints are filed before the company has been contacted and given the opportunity to correct any problems or issues. Perhaps the complaint should not be logged as a complaint until after the customer has called the company and given them the opportunity to address the issues but not gotten a resolution.

I reject this offer, since the last time EZ Acceptance Builders, came to my house the lights in my upstairs bathroom have a electrical problems the light are going in and out and the lights bulbs are still good, the bathroom tub upstairs is broking and I have to paid [redacted] $85.00 to stop a leaked they cause. I'm still pay for this job and tired of called them about the problems I've have in my home due to the work they was suppose to completed. I am not a electrician or a plumber. I trust EZ Acceptanc to do the job correctly. Every time I called they get very rude and nasty with me. The only person that is nice is the lady that work in the office. I not trying to get something for nothing I just want the job done right

I contact E-Acceptance on February 9, 2016 regarding the electrical and plumbing issues. I waiting to see what going to happen.

This is just an update: There was a misunderstanding with this. Leslie and Ron W[redacted] were working on this to determine what would be the best way to resolve the issues. Vicki got involved because of 'faulty' information given to her - she did...

not know that Leslie and Ron were in discussions with Mr. P[redacted] (the owner) about the issues and the best solutions getting this handled for Ms. [redacted]. Ron has since met with Ms [redacted] and given her options as to resolving the issues. We will stay on top of this until all issues have been resolved amicably.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 8, 2016/05/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
The company finally agreed to actually fix the mistake the former contractor performed instead of putting a band aid over the issue (i.e., re caulking the tub). The former contractor did not screw/anchor the tub in place which caused the tub and the wall to shift and not seal and greenboard was not used behind the wall. The company has since corrected this and replaced the shower unit.
While I don't think it was a misunderstanding, I am glad the work was corrected. The only remedy the company wanted to originally do was continue to caulk the tub/shower until I complained to the Revdex.com. I feel as if the company was originally blowing me off.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address this complaint. Mrs [redacted] is correct that we poured a new concrete driveway in the summer of 2015 (August). No where on the contract does it state that we were putting metal rods down before...

pouring the concrete. Metal rods (rebar) is used for roadway and highways. A metal mesh is mixed in with the concrete before it is poured for driveways. It clearly states on our contract that 'pressure cracks of 1/4" or less on any concrete work are considered acceptable under industry standards and are not covered under warranty'. Mrs. [redacted] was advised of this yesterday (April 28th) when she called. However, we contacted our repairman, Ron, and asked him to take a look at the driveway cracks and get back with us. Ron was picking up the repair order today (April 29th). He was then going to call her to let her know when he would be able to meet with her to go over her concerns. I'm not sure why we are getting a Revdex.com complaint since it has been 1 day.

See attached response via scan 0081.pdf(Revdex.com - converted from original document.  See file.)We are responding to the complaint filed by [redacted] at [redacted].  This contract was originally written on 8-31-2016.  If Mrs. [redacted] would please contact our office so we can go over her complaints.  We will address the issues and determine the next step to resolve this matter. Sincerely,Joshua B[redacted]Operations ManagerEZ Acceptance Builders
