I understand your complaint of unresolved billing statements As you are aware, we have been in communication with you continuously regarding your existing balance for dental services provided As a preferred provider to your insurance, we are required to charge certain fees for dental procedures as dictated by your insurance company We do not set those fees As we have worked together to resolve your concerns over these billing statements, we have provided ledgers (history of dental procedures), mailed copies of insurance EOB's (estimation of benefits), and provided dental codes for the procedures provided so it is possible for the patient to contact the insurance directly for verification of the fees for services completed In our attempts to reconcile this outstanding balance, we have also requested a three way phone call with your insurance company, you as the patient, and us to discuss any questions there may be regarding fees Any discrepancies in statement billings is most likely representative of ongoing payments by the insurance company as outstanding claims are paid Our hope is through this, we will able to amiably resolve this matterOur desire is to provide great dental care while working in accordance with the requirements of your dental insurance as a preferred provider
