Review: Purchased a 2002 trailblazer from ez auto and the warranty I originally purchase with vehicle was nullified due to oversized tires that vehicle came with. Purchased second warranty from dealer called warrantech. When the vehicle wasnt being repaired properly I gave up and sold it to another dealership incurring double payments for the truck and new car. Cancelled or tried to numerous times my original warranty, warrentech, and repeatedly paid for said warrenty even though I dont own trailblazer and told dealer and warranty to cancel . Still to this day a year later warranty isnt canceled and im paying for it. I want my payments back from cancellation date of [redacted] and any other monies for the lemon I originally purchased. Im looking for my monies owed from my original cancelation date of warranty til now, [redacted]. This ez auto dealer has been causing me money from the day I had the first car issue, I paid 3000 down, and monthly of 264.00 for 9 months. Im fed up with this nonsense and tried to do the right things from day one. If I add up all the money I poured into the vehicle the lack of repairs, days missed from work, lack of cancelating warranty, im looking at around 5000 in damages. Total...Desired Settlement: I want the warranty company, warrantech, to cancel my policy immediately and stop the delaying while still taking money out of my acct. Im owed at least 600 dollars since I first requested my cancelation in [redacted]. I also want my down payment from ez auto sales of 3000 for the lemon and mental duress ive been caused by this company since 2013. I know thats fair and when we talk ill give you dates repair bills I had to pay out of pocket, etc etc witnesses, my bosses imput friends and family and repair shops.I want my money back and an end to money coming out for a warranty I dont have anymore and refuses to cancel for one reason or another.

Review: I [redacted] purchased a 2007 Nissan Maxima from EZ Credit Auto Sales Inc located in [redacted]. At the time of the purchase they requested that I give them my most current paystubs and a deposit of $3000.00 which I did. I have been driving the car since March *, 2014 and on March **, 2014 I was called by the company and informed that I had to bring the car back because the bank did not accept my paystubs. I asked about getting my $3000.00 back upon the return of the car and was told that they would not give me my money back because I put miles on their car. I disagree because it is no fault of my own that the car has to be returned. I also asked for the copies of the contract and bill of sale that were not provided to me and they told me that once I returned the car they would give me the requested documents. Please note that I still have possession of the 2007 Nissan Maxima. Again I have no problem returning the car for a FULL REFUND of my $3000.00. Stacey from EZ Credit Auto Sales has been contacting me and has been rude an obnoxious. She has left me numerous voice mail and text messages. She is just not willing to listen to me and at this point I feel like I’m being harassed for a mistake that was made by the dealerDesired Settlement: I would like them to refund my money back upon me returning the car

Review: Brought a 2004 infinity with 145000 miles.Fourth day check engine light came on I called sales lady who I brought the car from Stacey she then told me that the car had been sitting for along time and she said well it has high miles on it to bring it in to be checked the car could not go over 30 miles,she told me one of her guys would come get the car never heard back.two weeks latter I call her on her cell to let her no the car broke down on side of the rd she told me she don't work on the week ends and hung up on me.This car was financed threw west lake bank for $5800 I have not made one payment and the car broke down was told by infinity dealer the engine was going along with a number of other problems.The sales rep Stacey told me well if you don't make your payment it will go on your credit.Please help me not so honest dealership.Desired Settlement: Refund of my deposit and return payment back to finance co.

Review: I went to this dealer and asked about a vehicle. they told me the price and what was wrong with it and we agreed on a price for me to buy it. that was on february [redacted] three days later I gave the dealer the money for the vehicle and was told the paperwork should be done in a few days. three and a half weeks later the title still wasnt in and I told the dealer I was backing out and want my money back. a day after that when I called about my money I was told then by the dealer that the title never even came through and he said hes trying to get my money back to me soon. that was yesterday and I want my money backDesired Settlement: I would like my money back and this dealer investigated as to why I was lied to for almost a month and something needs to be done so this cant happen to other people ever again
