I just spent about two hours on the phone with a representative from this company, only to find out that the services they offer are already available through my loan servicing company for FREE Alumni Aid Assistance, or the Association for Student Loan Relief, or E-Z Doc Prep charges $to help you file paperwork that you can process online in about minutes - especially if the CSR at your loan processing company walks you through it I mentioned all of the names the CSR gave me to prove they are a legit company, and they are a real company However, the services the provide will require you pay a fee and you may not get the best payment plan out of it either!
The outcome or difference in the payment E-Z Doc prep was going to "lock me in" at was $more than I will have to pay
Another outcome is that I didn't pay $for nothing or sign over Power of Attorney to themthat was the biggest red flag They aren't a legal company and I knew this was the last deterrent I needed to stop me from considering using their services

if you ask and you get answers that include the words (basically, probably, about, almost or appoximately) - you should keep it moving!
They may not be a scam in the truest definition of the word, but their services are not a necessity or required to process your student loan, get the lowest payment plan or guarantee you a fixed payment option through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program offered by the Deptof Education
Actually I came across this when my own people great lakes tried to trick me into going into a lower payment not telling me that it was a GRADUATED program and the monthly payment no matter what would increase every yearsthis whole time I wasted I could have signed up for one of these programs I first thought it was a scam also but once I read the reviews online from great lakes on the Revdex.com I said why not give it a shot I mean at the end of the day its something I payed this company to do this for me and you know what they didn't do anything wrong I paid them for the service because that's what I took it as honestly im not organized and on top of my stuff and they got it done and even also mentioned other options I have at the end of the day it was because of them I learned so much things that alot of other companies could have defrauded me on
paying for work that I wouldn't normally do anyways..such a headache

I dont have parent plus loansI had regular loans from a regular school and Abigail explained to me why they put me on the programIt is the highest payback program that they haveIt is a 20% payback of your incomeThey didn't consolidate my loans, so the higher the interest on my loans the more I had to payI contacted the lender and apparently I checked a "wrong box"I never should have tried to do this myself and it turns out, having someone do it for me was worth what I had to payIt costed me less that a thousand to do this through AbigailI sure as hell dont have extra thousand to be throwing around but with my 80k loans, on my "program" the lender put me on they wanted over a thousand EVERY monthwhich is insaneNO ONE CAN AFFORD THATI realized the only "scam" in this whole stupid industry was the lender, the school, and the *** that made me sign out loans without explaining to me that each one is a separate interest and separate loan on my creditI DONT KNOW WHY, anyone thinks this would be unworthy of the one time paymentI did my diligenceI genuinely thank these people for everything they did for meI recommend you call for Abigail, she was so helpful for me and I could tell in her tone she at least cared to be on my phone line to help meThank you Abigail

Not only was it free, it only took me 5 minutes to sign up online. I spent over an hour on the phone giving out all my personal information to this company for what??? If anyone needs help paying their federal student loans, go to the Department of Educations website [redacted] . These government programs are FREE and easy to sign up. I was truly clueless when it came to my student loans. Ez Doc Preps really helped me and guided me in the right direction. Now I have dropped my payments down to $0 and I am receiving full forgiveness on my loans at the end of my term. The extra money I have saved has allowed me to really live my life without just making ends meet. I recommend Ez Doc Preps to anyone out there with student loans and no knowledge of what to do with them.
