Review: I'm buying a car from Ez Finance I gave jamal 1,200 down on a [redacted] jamal is not a authorized dealer when I purchased the car it had a bad inspection sticker on it so Jamal said he would take it to get it inspected ok after he got it inspected it had a rejection sticker put on it so he told me I had to pay the money for the repairs I was very upset because I should have to pay for the repairs I asked for my money back so I could go some where else to get a car he refuse to give me myoney back ok after that I found out the car had been wrecked and Jamal never mention to me anything about the car being wrecked the oil change light was on the AC don't work the car was over heating the car makes noises ok the car need brakes and I had to fuss with him to make him put brakes on it I been paying every month this car and I feel as if I been taking advantage of I got the car 12/24/14 and every since I had problems I continue to pay on it cause he said if I don't pay he's going to repossess the and I'll be out all of my money he charge me 4,200 for this car I would like to get all of my money back so I could go and purchase me another car from some where else every time I make a payment some one else is there complaining about the same thing I'm going threw please help me get my money back or get a better car thanks ????Desired Settlement: Would like refund so can go somewhere else to get a reliable safe car

Review: I signed the paperwork for the [redacted] from EZ Finance Auto Sales with a$500.00 downpayment, The car brokedown on my way to work transmission oil was pouring out the car. I notified the EZ Finance and it took 6 days o repair the car, the manifold was promised to be fixed, it never happened. Once the car was fixed after 6 days; I had to pay for a cab to work for (2)days each day $92.00(there & back) I then had to take off (3) days because I wasn't able to afford the cab fare. Three days of work was a loss of over $300.00. On May 13th while driving home from work(11hours) the car began to smoke; large amounts of smoke poured from the car. The engine locked on the vehicle; I notified the car lot and told the office manager Mariella I didn't want this car and I wanted my down-payment and I would return the car to EZ Finance; I also left (10)messages with the owner [redacted] he never returned any of my messages. [redacted]/the owner/ had the car towed and told the office manager he wouldn't give me my money back. I had the car for (3)weeks and (6)days of that time the car was broke down. my (30)days is May 22, 2015; please help me to get my down-payment returned if possible. thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I am within my (30) days, I only want my $500.00 down-payment; they already have their car back. the office manager told me [redacted]/owner/ is going to send me a repo letter. he didn't repo the car I returned it to them.
