Review: They are running and have been running a carpet advertisement for $1.19 sq ft , including padding and installation. I went in to the store on [redacted], gave my measurements to Mustafa and he quoted me $440 but said that to be sure of my measurements he would come out to measure for himself. He came out on [redacted] and measured and came up with the same measurements. My price with the $1.19 would have been under $500. He said he was going to charge me $615 because he I will not make any money off of you with the advertised price I told him he should back his advertisement. He said they do not give that price to anyone with under 500sq ft. However, that is not in the advertisement.Desired Settlement: I would the advertised price and for them to amend their ad.

We received the complaint that was sent to the Revdex.com and were very upset to read that our salesperson would have said such a thing to one of our customers. We assure you that this is not an advertisement issue but a salesperson mistake and have taken the appropriate steps to make sure this does not happen again. We have in the past and still do honor our advertisement prices. We would still like to have your business and ask that you come back to our showroom so that we may quote you properly. Review: This is for the [redacted] locationThe contract states that the wood floor is warranty for lifetime. We have called and gone by the location as we have issues with the wood floor. They will not respond back to us or contact the wood floor company to resolve this issue. They told us the manufacturer has to be contacted and it could take a couple months but it has been well over that amount of time. I am frustrated and tired of trying to deal with them as this issue has now been unresolved for over a year.We were also told that the grout on the backsplash they installed would be repaired again - nothing has been resolved.Desired Settlement: We would like a partial refund since they did not ever hold up to their end of the contract of the lifetime warranty or grout. We would also like the wood on the stairs to and under the stairs to be repaired or replaced.

EZ Floors provides 6 months warranty for installation. however, the issue happened under the time period of the warranty & the customer will receive a full warranty on labor for another 5 years. also the manufacture Representative, the installer, & the store manager had been in the customer house & it will be taking care of as soon as the material arrive due to custom pieces of starinoses coming from the manufacture. within 2 weeks. regarding the back-splash, EZ Floors will be waiting for the customer to select the color of the molding that will match his existing molding & if the customer is not happy, EZ Floors will be replacing the molding for entire back-splash. caulking will be done when the molding is done as customer request. this issue will resolved & fixed @ customer convenient

Review: We used EZ floors to install a backsplash, fireplace stone,granite counter-tops and tile/wood floors. [redacted] gave us a price quote and within a week the new installation began on October *, 2013. They installed our wood flooring in on the last day-there was no sunshine and it was raining that day. The product we selected was a laminate Urban Collection-Hacienda Hickory, which had no artifical etching on it. The day it was installed, my husband questioned the installer stating it didn't look like what we selected. They stopped both checked the item number on box and he was assured it was the same product. Later that week we noticed when the sunshine hit the floor there was tons of artificial etching that did not match our selection. [redacted] came to the house and we all confirmed that the sample on the floor at the store which we picked did not match what was installed. Apparently the manufactuer changed the product and the store claims they didn't know. However, we want what a similar product. They cannot provide the product and offered to change the floors. We do not like any of the flooring provided by urban flooring collectors, but have now found a floor that is close: [redacted]. Our MAJOR issue is that EZ floors has dragged their feet. How they were able to install all of our changes in 2 weeks. Amazing! But now that there is a problem, the customer service SUCKS! We have to be on top of calling. We get no explanations. Early Febuary 2014 I thought this was going to be settled b/c we nailed down 2 weeks we were open for installation and NO ONE CALLED US TO CONFIRM. The 2nd week we picked out is here....and surprise, NO installation. No phone call. I have called 2 times this week without a phone call back until today when I spoke with the manager [redacted] who said he would resolve this today. Still with no return call. We choose EZ floors b/c they had a floor we liked, which ended up being false advertisement. I want resolution. This has been a long 5 months.Desired Settlement: We chose EZ Floors (Spring) soley because they had a wood laminate floor we loved. However, the product installed was not the sample they had displayed on the floor. Either EZ flooring or manufactuer needs to take responsibility for false advertisement. It is why we chose them. I am not going to choose a floor in the same manufactuer company that I do not like based on thier mistake. EZ floors needs to right the wrong & then take it up with the manufactuer. Do not keep us hanging.
