Review: I purchased a mattress from this retailer that was very disappointing. Within just a few weeks I could see the incredibly poor quality of the product as the bed began to colapse on one side. Although the owner assured my husband and myself that this was a "top of the line" mattress, we were given a replacement. This replacement did the exact same thing as the first! We were then told that the product was "misused" and that we had to deal with the warehouse for further help. We are so sad and frustrated. We even had to rent a truck to take the mattress back, they wouldn't pick it up! Now our only option is to be subjected to a 30 percent restocking fee in order to get our money back. Why should I have to pay to return a defective product?Desired Settlement: We would simply like to have our money refunded to us without being subjected to an outrageous fee. The defective product isn't the fault of the consumer. Tired of getting the run around.
