The company has been going through a somewhat rough transition in the past 4-months and it is getting better We had a technician that was not agreeing with the company and the company is in the process of fixing the problem and righting ALL the wrongs that we have done as a company We do apologize for the inconvenience and we will have a refund issued to her in a week

Logan Haynes was the owner of the company but decided to get out of the business We are having all the info on the web site and internet changed We did not steal the address as [redacted] was in on the advertising while we were doing it This is beside the point, the address is being changed on all the internet listings and website [redacted] was and is the girlfriend of Logan and is messing with our company changing the phone number on the listings to her number ###-###-####, she was with us while doing listings for advertising and knew ALL of our passwords and has been changing our info to interfere with our company but we have hired an advertising company to change all the company info on the internet This address will NO longer be listed as the company address

*** ***---I said by mail for respond not Email or by phone I work can not have phone calls at work nor Email they never ever said two parts needed what they told me is what they put on my receipt I have text messages an my son have text messages they lied an they gave me a warranty ,an when I kept calling them letting them no three day later that my washing machine was not fix that's when they kept on giving me all these different appointments an never showing up call them everyday, because they never show up, they kept on saying they on they way an never did ,so I had to paid someone else again to come out, because they kept on giving me the run around an never came.They took my money an ran with it an my washing machine was not fix, I told them that when I was trying to washing an it was doing the same thing I was calling them to get it fix, I would of paid for the two parts needed if that was the case, like I paid the first part at the same timeWhere do I go from here. This is our second response to this complaint, as we stated before we had an issue with a technician and the company is trying to fix the issues that has came up involving this technician.   It's hard to find good trustworthy employees and we apologize for the inconvenience that this has...

caused.   We are in the process of revamping the company and issuing refunds to this technicians customers.   She will receive a refund in a week.  This company is NOT a scam we unfortunately had an employee who had his own agenda but he is no longer with this company.
