Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I paid for a new camper and if it cannot be repaired to new condition, without having to use quarter round, it's not an acceptable repair it doesn't bring it back to like new condition which is what I paid for and if you can't satisfy that take back the camper and refund me my money or compensate me monetarily so that it makes it a fair purchaseI have to look at my brand new camper that I paid a lot of money for that has defect in the linoleum every day that is the only solutionI had another issue with the living room couch that they required a picture of the defect and a tag that I supplied to them and was told they would no longer provide me with warranty assistanceI have and will supply the email that stated that if need be as well Sincerely, [redacted]

As stated in our response to the customer's review in June, all authorized warranty repairs have been completedIndustry standard is dealerships is to only do warranty repairs authorized by the manufacturerThe linoleum issue in not considered a warranty issue but the manufacturer authorized repairsIndustry standard linoleum repair options are: Plank repair or replacement of linoleum with installation of quarter roundCustomer did not want either repair made, he wanted monetary compensation onlyThe floor can be repaired, the customer just needs to decide which repair option
