The associates that work for this company need to take some customer service classes The store associates don't give a *** about the customers its just another check to them and the associates at the Main office have no clues when it comes to customers eitherMy handy cap mother fell in the parking lot of Ez mart in Decatur ar and the customers of the store was who was checking on her not the associate, she feel on her hip and she hit her head on the concrete and she hit hardShe went in the store anyways and still the associate did not ask if she was okVery disrespectfulWhen I asked the associate who his supervisor was he said he doesn't have to tell me and then he laughed at meSo I called the home office and keep in mind by then I was upset and I get transferred to Janice in the complaint department and she has no desire to calm me down she take affence to what I am saying and then I threaten her with an attorney because she is so defensive not wanting to say ma'am I'm sorry for ur bad experience at our store and truely sorry for what happened to ur mom let me go ahead and do a report and someone will get back with you but instead she blew up on me and took some affence and slammed the phone down and she hangs up on meI have called several times to speak to HR and no one has called me back it's been weeks so I call today 3/2/and ask for HR and the operator is questioning me why I need to talk to them and then she does not get me to them she transfers me to some other person and he's to does not give a *** on how my family was treated by ur associatesThis company has associates that is showing why all of their stores are closing their doors because they could care less about the customers and making them happy so they will continue to come back so their doors will stay open because without the customers u have no businessI am going to post this on every social media I know to let them know what happened and get my word outThis is uncalled for and poor customer service if u ask meI will never step foot in a Ez mart again
