No there was no written agreement. It was all verbal.
Review: I purchased a 2007 camp trailer 2 months ago and they told me there was a little hail damage on it and it had hail damage down the left side of trailer top to bottom.they had it parked up near building and could not see that side very good.they said it had very little hail damage and that was fine but found out it is all down the left side and also did not tell me it had a branded title.the also did not tell finance company it had salvage title.told them aboute the problem and they said they told me.and that was a lie.I would not have purchase the trailer.I will never do business with them again.I dont think they treated me right.Desired Settlement: $3000 back so I can fix side of trailer

I am responding to The complaint that was filed on my business. First of all the customer was informed of the title being branded do to the hail damage. The trailer was parked next to a building when the customer looked at it but was moved around to our RV tech center to be checked out and pdi was done on it to make sure everything was working. The report of sale was also written on at the time of sale disclosing the hail damage this couple came in and signed with me with and where so excited because it was her birthday present. When I told [redacted] there was hail damage he said yes I seen it and it didn’t bother him one bit. Also my salesperson was in the room at the time of disclosing the damage. The customer bought this trailer close to five thousand below lending. [redacted] was also told to make sure he told the Finance company about the damage he failed to do so. I can have my company take a look at the siding because its only at the top and a little on the side. He has not asked us to take a look at it at all and I was unaware that he was thinking of having it fixed. Mark the owner also did a total walk around with this customer and they visited about sway bar set up and had pleasant conversation. We have been in business 19 years and I know that these things have to be disclosed. Thank you [redacted]
