Very friendly staff. That Went above and beyond for us. Even remembered my daughter's Birthday and sent presents.
Poor communication and doesn’t show up.
Booked this company through movinghelp.com. Suppose to arrive at 1 pm on Saturday for 4 hours of moving help. At almost 4 pm they had still not arrived. ***, the owner?, did not know where his workers were and kept promising 30 more minutes. Several times he did not answer my call or text because “his phone wasn’t holding a charge.”
We rescheduled for Sunday at 10 am. They did not show up. At 11, I called and told him to cancel our order.
I am sorry for your bad experience in the Hattiesburg area. If it makes any difference to you. I have cleared all of the workers in Hattiesburg off of my roster and am hiring a completely new staff. I will give you a call to see what I can do to make up for my Hattiesburg teams failure to do their job.
I paid this business $75 via Cashapp to do junk removal for me. They did not do the work and they did not refund my money. They never came to me to do work.
