Sorry my letter explains our policy

Mr*** elected valuation of cents per pound per article his refrigeration weight was pounds @ cents per pound $the $was for the bed rail We regret our service was not entirely satisfactory. *** ***E-Z Local Moving

This is the first we have heard about this we did not receive any email I need to hear directly from the customer in writing with more details *** ***

I have responded to this complaint in writing and dmv Mediation we find no basis for this complaint after we put things in their little house outback they move these things and we were no longer in control of the shipment there was no Evidence that our movers may have miss handled or
damage their things *** *** *** *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: We called well in advance to let them know there services where not neededAnd they way it
was handled was very unprofessionalI could understand keeping a portion due to canceling but the hole amount is ridiculousHow can you keep $for services you did not performWe paid in advance and not once was I told that my payment would be taken if I had to cancelNot to mention they where not available until after 4pmThis is fraudulant servicesI will never use nor recommend

I am rejecting this response because: Our company takes jobs every day not once have we charged a customer for services not performedWe would not have any buisness if that was the case.The job requested was for labor to unload a truck with the driverThe shipment contained household goods, along with a baby grand pianoThis is simply unprofessional and a horrible way to conduct services to any customer, not only a moving company.They also stated a deposit, which this was notThis payment was for services of two garuanteed hours of unloading, which was not performedThe baby grand waiver was to protect their employees for any claimsThis was not a deposit, *** stated that I had to pay for their services before the could take the jobMight I state that we need the labors at am in which they could not meet at that time due to prior agreements.So I was informed that it would be around pm before they could help my driver, in which I let them know hours ahead that the job was complete and there services were no longer needed

I am rejecting this response because: the last page with reasoning was hardly legibleOnly stated that there's no proof the movers did itThe lack of professionalism is unspeakableNo "Proof?" I do believe the gentlemen who brought
the movers watched them load the truck and unload the truckWhat more do you need? He witnessed the movers, is that not why he's there? The tv wasn't dropped, it was handled roughly and someone pressed too hard on the screen while grabbing it to moveJust because the movers nor the gentlemen physically saw it dropped or damaged doesn't mean it was at the fault of the movers Neither my husband nor myself laid hands on the item, the older gentlemen was in my home overseeing the moversWe only told them where things wentYour response is "Sorry, our policy is in the letter." Unacceptable

This company requested our services and made a deposit for hour the day of move they called shortly before scheduled time time to cancell

We took this job even after telling them we did not move baby grande pianos they begged us saying they had no one else to call and that they would assume full responsibility if anything happened? By cancelling on short notice it prevented us from booking any other job thus costing us money the fact that they are in the same business it would seem that they would have the common curtesy to understand why I kept the deposit

was handled was very unprofessional. I could understand keeping a portion due to canceling but the hole amount is ridiculous. How can you keep $360.00 for services you did not perform. We paid in advance and not once was I told that my payment would be taken if I had to cancel. Not to mention they where not available until after 4pm. This is fraudulant services. I will never use nor recommend.
