Excellent company that cares for its customersWhen I ran out of oil they came right out knowing I was a single parent with childrenNot only did they come right out but they did not charge me extra and their oil price was very good!!
Complaint Information: Dear [redacted] , Every customer that we have on automatic delivery is directed to our website [redacted] and to fill out a new auto customer formThere you indicated that you had read our terms and conditions which very clearly state that we do not do lock in rates and you would be buying an additional gallons on an automatic fill plan at the market rateThese terms and conditions also state that there is a dollar deposit with the first fill up on our automatic delivery plan that is refunded after the additional gallons are deliveredI apologize that this was not made as clear as possible to you over the phone but this is exactly why we make our automatic delivery customers read and sign the terms and conditionsWe believe we have a fair market price for our automatics I apologize that you feel as though you have been treated unfairly, but you have been treated exactly how the terms and conditions statedIf you would like to resume your automatic delivery until you complete the terms of the contract you signed I would be happy to refund your dollarsThank You [redacted] The Ez Oil Team
