I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] They have two weeks to remove this from my credit report or to provide me with proof that I am legally responsible for my adult daughter's medical expenses or I will file suit and file a complaint with RI Dental Association.  City Dental is in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and I will be seeking damages along with attorneys' fees and costs.

I am not able to access the information you are seeking because this is not my debt nor am I able to access my adult child's medical information. Only she, as an independent adult,  is and in turn only she is responsible for this debt. Unless you are able to provide me with proof that I am legally responsible for my adult children medical bills, I suggest you remove this debt from my credit report ASAP.
