As soon as the customer reported the damage to her vehicle, All of the parking attendants that work at that location were asked about this damage during our investigation into this matterEvery parking attendant in the garage facility where the car was parked was aware of the damage on the rear of
her car since she has been parking at our facility for many monthsThey had all stated that the damage was on the vehicle for over a month prior to her reporting it on June 15th Our company sent *** *** pictures of her vehicle entering the garage with the dent on June 15th 2016, and exiting the garage on June 17th with the same dent that was there when she pulled in two days priorOur claims manager spoke with *** *** more than once and explained to her that we could not be responsible for damage that was done before she entered the garageShe stated she was going to report the damage to her insurance companyWe had assumed the matter was going to be handled between her and her insurance company since we did not hear anything further from her

Review: on 7/263/2013 at 9:50 pm I entered the parking garage at 3rd and [redacted]. in philadelphia. There was no physical yellow height indicator upon entry. I have a small 2003 chevy 1500 with a utility rack, never had a problem in any other garage. This night, my truck was well within height to go through the entrance and an attendant was present with a $5.00 all night parking sign at the sidewalk ushering me in. At 12:30 am I returned to collect my truck and while driving through I found that I could not get through the exit, the ceiling was too low. As I said, there was no physical yellow height indicator as required by building code. I have a photo, I returned the next night to take this picture. I had to make my way back to the entrance that I came from and await a supervisor to show up and let me out. When he got there he was rude, made me walk all the way to the exit to pay which was quite a distance and made me pay $25.00 which is the price for someone who lost their ticket, I had mine. I was stuck there for an hour and finally he let me out after ripping me off.Desired Settlement: I want my money back seeing that it was $5.00 parking and this entire mishap was the fault of the business for not having their garage properly equipped with building code requirements and I want to be compensated for my lost time, the red tape that I had to use to tape down the tire spikes and my floor mats which I had to put over the spikes to be able to get out.

After reviewing the complaint that this customer submitted through your website, we were able to look further into the situation to find out what had happened. One of our managers has contacted him by phone and through email (see attached) to discuss the situation, and offered to refund him the $25.00 parking fee that he was charged to park at the location. He informed our manager, Brian that he was satisfied with this outcome, and plans to remove this complaint from this website.

However I still feel that it is necessary to let you know that we did take the proper measures to rectify the situation as soon as we were made aware of it, and also inform you that this is a self park garage so there is no attendant that holds a sign that says "$5.00 all night parking" we do not offer a $5.00 evening rate. Attached is a picture of all of the rates that are offered at this location, at the entrance of the garage- He parked on a Friday Evening, and the prevailing rate at the time was $25.00. Also, the garage entrance just got a new gate installed so when they were installing the new garage door, they had to remove the yellow height indicator temporarily to finish the installation. The height indicator was rehung the following day. However, because of the inconvenience that he had to deal with, we gave him a full refund for his parking that evening.

[redacted] is the id number assigned to this case and I was returning an email from you so I'm sure this case does in fact exist. You're under the impression it has been resolved via the response from the party that I'm complaining against.... It has not been resolved.
