Review: We purchased new cellphones from Z Wireless. We were charged $60 in upgrade fees on our monthly bill. [redacted] told us Z Wireless legally has to disclose this fee, but we were not told about it. It was not included in the paperwork we were given. [redacted] will not waive the fee, and Z Wireless will not refund the money. I spoke with [redacted] at the Cincinnati [redacted]-1507 Store on 16-Oct-13 at 2:00 PM and he told me he couldn't help me and that they have the disclosure posted on every computer in the store. The computer does not face the customer, and we were never told about this $60 fee.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)
