Review: I, [redacted] went to e-z Rentals and got a refrigator to rent-to-own. My payment arrangement were $18.99 per week and $79.00per month. after the frist 2 month we started getting phone calls from ez-rentals sayiing that we are behind or payments. sometime ez-rentals comes to my house saying that if we dont's make payment that they will come get the refrigator. I will go up tp ez-rentals in norton, VA and pay them on time then get more phone calls afterwands saying that I was owned them more money. I've collected all the recipts every time I go to ez rentals. At one time the refrigator went bad quit working so replaced us with another refrigator. the payments went up to 18.99 to 28.00 per week. monthly payments are supposed to been over 100.00 per week due to ezrental says that what I owned I never singed a new contract for the 2nd refringator payments to got up so the kept on calling us wanting more money. Ezrentals has been harrassing us over a refrigtor that we now have paid over a yaer and half. the 2nd refrigator should new be completely paid off because of all the so I want to filled a complaint aganist e-r retals and they want us to pay 140.00 two week they owned 250.00 pay off if we didnt want old refrigator back or if we take refrigator it would be 150.00 our due for other payment wasn't supposed be to 10-28-2013 now call they wanting 140.00Desired Settlement: we want they work with us on paid off see what we have paid they
