I ordered a $bed from EZ Rest to help ease my back and hip pain at night This is their second most expensive bed They do not offer an in-house trial but I was assured by the in home salesman that this bed will meet my needs When I received the bed I signed for it but only after I slept on it could I tell that the mattresses were not form enough and flimsy My back and hips felt even worse after sleeping on this bed When I called customer service they told me the only thing they can do is send me firmer mattress inserts I tried them but they were not helpful After that customer service stopped taking my calls and they are not trying to help me at all Now I am stuck with a $bed and not happy at allI will be pursuing legal action
