This customer signed contract with us on 10/22/ This customer also required few changes to be made to our program to work with some of her old equipment We made all the necessary changes and travel to her place times and each time something new and unexpected was brought to our attention which was never discussed Attachment A We also had to buy product for her called DATACAP to make her credit card processing work with our software-attachment B Our contract Clearly indicated CC setup, training, PC Charge (Datacap), wiring and database built are nonrefundable If we had to go 100% based on our contract she still owes us over $Please let me know if you have any questions or concernAli H [redacted] SRPresident and CEO

First of all your can't even install the program and  broke my one of my register too. I could have charge you for that  but all I ask is get my deposit money back. your the one give up because your can't install the program. I try to work with your but your the one decide not to come back. Since your the one give up than  I should get my deposit back.
