Review: I originally purchased unit on May 20, 2010 and at that time I received a damaged unit. later I did received new unit in exchange of the damaged one. One year and a half later this unit broke down, I contacted supplier and received a 3rd unit in exchange. I have since been contacting supplier advising of my believe that the unit was again malfunctioning and/or not working properly, I have been going back and forth with supplier for over a year with my complaint that the unit does not work up to the standard advertised water temperature advertised. Today 12/10/13 after conversation with supplier I was told that unit I had purchased does not work as well in NJ as it does in FL due to weather temperature. I requested an exchange for bigger unit and I would pay the difference, however supplier has refused. I feel this is all due to their false advertisement and not providing proper information regarding the unit. If I had been provided with information about tankless unit ability to function differently depending on state you're in. I would of gone with purchasing the bigger unit. This would of avoided my frustration and also avoid the discomfort and specially all the cold showers not only myself but my kids and wife have been put through. I want to be able to exchange unit for bigger and pay the difference.Desired Settlement: I want to be able to exchange unit for bigger and pay the difference owed and/or be provided some type of credit toward new purchase and I will return the old unit as well.
