We received a warranty claim from this customer via mail and it was processed on 9/23/On the claim, the customer noted that the nuts and bolts fell out when they opened the shelter, so we sent a replacement nut and bolt kit for that Speed
ShelterWe have not, however, received any further correspondence from this customer regarding additional warranty assistance or any inquiry about possible refund
Upon receipt of the Revdex.com complaint today, our Customer Service Supervisor reached out to the customer to inform her that 1) we never received a follclaim or refund request from her and, 2) that our warranty policy allows for the replacement of parts (up to and including the complete shelter) but if she wanted a complete refund, it would have to be from the retailer that she purchased fromSo, she is going to contact Amazon to see if she can be refunded for her order and she said that she would contact us back with any updates

The reason I accept the response is that Amazon has agreed to refund the purchase price even though the tents are no longer eligible for refund Amazon gets stares but I would like EZ UP to acknowledge that they have made a defective product that comes apart and breaks imsedatley upon use and needs to change the design and I did send a second warranty and an e mail explaining the problems with the tents after receiving the bolts
