I chose E-Z Way because in addition to a digital track record for supporting their cars post-sale, they were also the most professional and accommodating on the phone. My credit is horrible due to a simultaneous divorce and business closing, but my overall finances are strong and my record for reliability as a payer is well established.
E-Z Way was the only dealer within 150 miles of xxxxx that kept it all professional and reasonable. I wasn't steered towards any feature or agreement I didn't like, and I left paying $500 down as advertised. The built-in 12 month insurance is basically bumper to bumper new-car coverage. If you read the people who complain about EZW, most of them declined the integrated coverage in efforts to save money.
I felt like a winner, and still do a month later.
I just bought my second vehicle from E Z WAY auto sales. The first one was a Honda Accord and was a great car...NEVER had the first problem out of it and I had it for years! Just bought a Honda Civic last week and am expecting no less this time either! Sales staff are more than friendly and will go out of their way to get you in a vehicle! Definitely good experiences I have had with this company!!!

Not exactly elated with my vehicle purchase, regardless of how nice the car is, I'm not thrilled about being put into a negative balance with my bank account especially when I make it clear that said amount was all I had for a deposit and insurance. To be honest, that's enough to persuade me to return the vehicle, and get back the deposit, and go elsewhere. Furthermore, I honestly don't know how some of the dealers are currently employed, from what I seen during the time I spent there, they seemed more concerned with just standing around. In addition, probably best to update the inventory on your site, so people don't show up looking for a vehicle you no longer have.
