Review: I made an appointment for 12-2pm delivery today, nobody showed. I called their offices at 2:05pm and was told I would hear back from them immediately after they called the delivery person. No call back -- at 2:45pm I called them again. I was told another hour and they had no idea he was late (do you not have cell phones?). It is now almost 5pm, nobody has shown up, and the office hasn't been answering any calls after 4pm. I wouldn't be surprised if they give up on doing the delivery today and don't even bother to call me.Desired Settlement: Delivery of products and compensation for over 5 hours of wasted time.

I didn't even receive a phone call until after 8pm. If you can't follow through with your promise, you AT LEAST need to communicate with your customer.
