I purchased a 2004 Nissan Murano on 4-3-15 put $3,000 down and had 30 day warranty. The following day I took vehicle to Modern Nissan of Concord NC to have car check. They found over $8,000 worth of repairs. They stated car should not have passed inspection, axle is missing , transmission problems, and look
Like car have been in a flood. The following day I tried contacting dealer by texting and calling about my concerns.but didn't get any call back. Monday 4-6-15 I returned to dealer with vehicle to talk about getting my down payment back because vehicle is unsafe and should't be on the road. Dealer wrote and signed a contract that I will receive my down payment on 4-15-15 tried calling dealer with no response. I feel this business is very unprofessional.
