Tell us why here...To whom it may concern: [redacted] had come in bringing in different vehicles Black Buick Enclave (License Plate -***) (Vin Number- [redacted] ), White Cadillac Escalade (License Plate - [redacted] ) (Vin Number - [redacted] ) both cars have been worked on previously with lack of repair & causing more damage to the vehiclesThe Buick Enclave has had several codes due to also misfire [redacted] had come in requesting to only replace timing chain and oil pump due to his knowledge and another shop diagnosticWe had also informed [redacted] that 3.6L engines are familiar with the timing chains and sprockets failing due to that issueWe informed [redacted] it would have been best to replace the Motor and the customer declined the repairs and requested to only replace the Timing chain & oil pump as requestedAs we have also contacted Mr [redacted] to inform him the vehicle needs further repairs [redacted] declined Any further repairs needed as we informed and was recommended to be done [redacted] stated he could not offered any repairs due to also his other vehicle not starting and replacing the motor with no start and also requested us to fix the Escalade [redacted] stated that the timing chain kit should have already came with the timing sprockets, [redacted] was made aware that the timing sprockets were not included with the timing chain kit, the Dealership parts counter was contacted and did confirm that the Timing Sprockets were not included in timing chain kit, that they were sold separately [redacted] mentioned that an online website did offer the kit along with timing sprockets [redacted] was made aware that our Repair Facility did not have any accounts nor do we purchase from any 3rd party websitesCustomer was made aware [redacted] was told that our repair facility would be more than happy at the time to do a labor only job if the parts were supplied by [redacted] ***, in response [redacted] did say “that sounds a lot better!” but never brought the vehicle in for the further repairs, [redacted] was made aware that the vehicle should not be driven as is due to further damage can occur to the vehicles engine itself As the Escalade, same goes to the escalade that has been filed for AUTO THEFT SERVICE with the Arlington Police DepartmentAfter getting the Escalade running [redacted] had a balance on the vehicle and was made aware that the vehicle was not to be collected until balance was paid in full [redacted] let the front desk know that he could only pay $at the time and was made aware that the vehicle was not to be collected till paid in full, he confirmed and agreed [redacted] confirmed and agreed [redacted] then decided to come after business hours with a spare key and collected the vehicleWe did contract [redacted] to see why he had collected the vehicle after hours, and in his response, [redacted] actually started to use profanity with an Employee, made [redacted] aware that there was an unpaid balance on the vehicle (Escalade) and did make him aware it was a theft of service, [redacted] said “to do what we have to do”The Arlington Police were contacted and a report was filed Please feel free to contact us at [redacted] or at [redacted] for any further questions or concernsThank You [redacted] ***
