I am the supervisor here at [redacted] Our patient uses your cab services as she is handicappedShe was to be picked up at our office on Monday the 15th at The patient was done sooner and we called around 3:to see if we could schedule an earlier pick-upWe were told they would be sending over a driver to get herApparently, the driver got lost and could not find our location even though I told dispatch our exact locationAt 5:we called back to see where they were and they said the driver got lost and dispatch gave us the drivers contact numberWe called the driver and he told us that he is not coming to get her that he had a class to teach at and he refused to pick up our patientWe called dispatch and spoke the manager on duty and we told him what the driver said and that she needed to be picked up asap as our office was closingHe said that he had only three cars and they were double bookedWe feel there was a lack of communication as well as double booking your drivers is not our faultWe asked if they were coming and what time they would be hereHe said they would be a while if they could pick her upWe wanted to get an estimated time of arrival and he refused to give us anythingHe kept saying that he was not sure they could get herHe was very argumentative with us and very unprofessionalOur patient was crying thinking she would not be able to get homeI assured her that I would take her home if neededA driver finally got here at 6:and came in yelling that he is missing his teaching class and losing money since he had to come and pick up our patientHe also was yelling that this is slavery and slavery was way back whenHe was completely unprofessional and very rude in his behaviorWe still had a couple of patients here at that time and it did cause quite the sceneHe was also rude to our patientWe felt like the whole situation was awful and very upsetting to our patients as well at the staff All of our staff here was just appalled by the whole situationWe will not recommend your cab services based on our experience We hope this issue gets addressed with all of your staff and drivers so this never happens to anyone again

*** wanted a formal apology to you for our failure to performWe messed up her trip to connect with an Indy Go Shuttle and she then imposed on you to take her to the airportWe did show up, but we were over an hour late, through a series of
miscues.The trip was assigned to a driver who refused the trip and then it sat on our dispatch board until our dispatcher recognized it had not been
acceptedIt was then reassigned to another driver who already was doing two trips and he ended up being well past the requested timeWe do about 2,trip per week and even if we are 95% on time that means we still have problems with over tripsThis happened to be oneAs I told *** when I spoke with her we will make her right and pay her $to cover her expensesIf she would have just contacted us we would have done the same - no need to go the Revdex.comI apologize on behalf of E2Taxi and hope we can regain your confidence and we can be your carrier of choice

At 5:20 we called back to see where they were and they said the driver got lost and dispatch gave us the drivers contact number. We called the driver and he told us that he is not coming to get her that he had a class to teach at 6 and he refused to pick up our patient. We called dispatch and spoke the manager on duty and we told him what the driver said and that she needed to be picked up asap as our office was closing. He said that he had only three cars and they were double booked. We feel there was a lack of communication as well as double booking your drivers is not our fault. We asked if they were coming and what time they would be here. He said they would be a while if they could pick her up. We wanted to get an estimated time of arrival and he refused to give us anything. He kept saying that he was not sure they could get her. He was very argumentative with us and very unprofessional. Our patient was crying thinking she would not be able to get home. I assured her that I would take her home if needed. A driver finally got here at 6:05 and came in yelling that he is missing his teaching class and losing money since he had to come and pick up our patient. We still had a couple of patients here at that time and it did cause quite the scene. He was also rude to our patient. We will not recommend your cab services based on our experience.
We hope this issue gets addressed with all of your staff and drivers so this never happens to anyone again.

Review: I scheduled a ride in specific time with e2Taxi the night before I needed the ride via online reservation system. In the morning when I got up, I called to remind them that I have scheduled ride. This ride was particularly important to me because taxi suppose to give me a ride to the airport shuttle (that I already paid) and I had to catch that specific flight because it was the beginning of spring break and I barely found the flight I booked. However, even if I scheduled a ride night before and called in the morning multiple times to make them send me a ride, they called with available vehicle about an hour after my first call. Of course, I missed my shuttle and the other shuttle wasn't an option because I would miss my flight with any other time of departure from Bloomington. In order to catch my flight I had to wake my neighbor that I don't know really well to give me a ride. I forgot to mention that all of this is happening between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m. And that I didn't call other taxi, because operator keep assuring me that the vehicle will come. The stress that I've experienced is beyond any explanation that I can provide.So, I woke up my neighbor at 5 a.m. and she gave me a ride to the airport in Indianapolis. I spent $15 dollars for ticket for shuttle I didn't use, approx. $54 dollars to pay for fuel and approx. $56 dollars for a gift that I had to buy for a huge favor that almost a stranger did to me.I can prove everything with email confirmations and call listing and my bank statement.Furthermore, on the e2Taxi website, there isn't any email or address who I can contact to make my complaint, so for a long time I didn't know how to make a complaint.Desired Settlement: I want that e2Taxi apologizes to my neighbor and me and also to cover additional expenses that I had because they were irresponsible and didn't provide the service that they commit to in written form.I want $115 dollars that I spent, because they fail to do what they promised.

We do about 2,500 trip per week and even if we are 95% on time that means we still have problems with over 100 trips. This happened to be one. As I told [redacted] when I spoke with her we will make her right and pay her $115 to cover her expenses. If she would have just contacted us we would have done the same - no need to go the Revdex.com. I apologize on behalf of E2Taxi and hope we can regain your confidence and we can be your carrier of choice.
