At this time, I have been contacted directly by E'cucina Home Appliances LLC regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
A representative from ecucina called and left a measage for me to call them backI was at work so I could not answer the
callIt was the same man who contacted me the first timeI called back and had to leave a message again and asked them to call me back after I got out of work at 4:30pmThey never called againMy mom then contacted the store she purchased the item from who offered to pay for the shipping and take my item back and gave us a gift card for the full amount for their storeThe store (*** ** ***) was very helpfulThey did not need to do that because I understand it was outside their teturn policyHowever they were very accommodating and the company ecucina was not helpful at all.
