Review: e3a president. Stated that he would help us save our house from foreclosure. After two years and 7 eviction notices we came home to our locks being changed.e3a stated that it never should have happened to later find out he lied to us and the paperwork was not filed correctly. Our mortgage company made us an offer to turn in our keys and move out. We signed the agreement. In the meantime we requested a refund of 1800 out of the 7000 we have given him. For a down payment on a rental. E3a stated that they would get us our refund of the 1800 requested out of the 2500 dollar down payment and 1500 in escrow. Since our names are still on the house and no investor has been involved. We have given e3a over 7000 in cash. We were told that we do not want to know what happens but will be happy with the end result. We are not. we have given him the benefit of the doubt too often with no results. We just want to be done with e3a.Desired Settlement: 1800 dollars or full refund of 4000.
