E70 Used Auto Parts & Salvage

Customer sold the Wrong Transmssion VS what we orderdWe order the part that was advertised online using car-part system. We tried to contact E70 USED AUTO PARTS AND SALVAGE SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY KEEP HANGING THE PHONE. We ordered 03-04 Transmission for Range Rover as listed in the system.E70 Sold the part with 90 days warranty for part exchange. We made an attempt to call and ask them if they can exchange the part with the right one but they keep hanging the phone.We have ask manager to resolve this issue, but they are not being co-operatvie we are going to file a complaint against the car-part.com as well.We need to handle this issue since customer has received the wrong part. First of all our company has years since posting anything on car-part.com, we tried explaining that to customer when he called ONCE which was on 01-11-16. Customer claimed he had proofs that he saw OUR post on car-part.com but he has failed to send proof to over to us showing we posted on car-part.com! Why? Another thing, customer took two months to claim the transmission we sold him did NOT match the one he has already! Doesn't make ANY sense! Also, customer claimed he called multiple times, which is a lie.. we have a Caller ID to show we didn't receive a call until YESTERDAY 01-11-16!
