Long story shortI ordered a set of interior LED bulbs and Reverse Lights for my BMW eMAfter sending the original order with the wrong rear footwell bulbs, missing front footwell bulbs and a left reverse light that gives an error code (which they advertise as being bypassed) every time I start the car; My order STILL has yet to be fulfilledThey sent the front footwell bulbs when they responded to my email days after I informed them that they were missing and they were the WRONG setThey informed me that they were unaware that BMW changed the bulb type in my model year and faulted BMW for doing soI still havent received the proper front footwell or rear footwell bulbs yet they have my full paymentThey are unknowledgeable, incompetent and arent accountable for their mistakesBy far THE WORST customer service I have experienced in over years of car moddingDo yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs or you will regret it

I purchased a set of LED fog lights for my vehicle for $170.00. They came with no instructions, no fasteners, drilling is required, wiring is needed and the package lists professional installation is required. None of this is listed on their website at time of purchase. They will not issue a refund. They say its my fault for not asking about all of this before purchase. They say I can call them for help and provided a video showing someone removing and replacing a bulb from a vehicle. They also take days to get back to you via email and more often than not, don't.
